What Ziggy is

Ziggy is an AI sales employee for businesses. Your organisation connects its own data — prospect lists, business knowledge, and optionally an email and calendar account — so Ziggy can research prospects, draft and send approved outreach, handle replies and book meetings on your organisation's behalf.

Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address and organisation membership, used to sign you in and control access.
Business data you provide: prospect and customer records you import, and the business knowledge (offers, case studies, documents, approved web pages) you add to Ziggy's Brain.
Connected email and calendar (optional): if your organisation connects Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Ziggy accesses mail and calendar strictly to send approved emails, read replies to its own outreach, and create meetings. Microsoft Teams access is separate and optional. Ziggy requests the minimum permissions required for each capability.
Public web content: Ziggy reads publicly available pages about companies in your CRM (their own websites and official sources) to surface sales-relevant developments, always with source links.

How we use it

Only to provide Ziggy to your organisation: researching and scoring prospects, drafting and sending outreach your settings allow, syncing replies, booking meetings, and showing your team what Ziggy did and why. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your organisation's data to train models for other customers.

Storage and security

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase and Vercel) with strict per-organisation isolation enforced in the database.
OAuth tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest; disconnect at any time from Settings to revoke Ziggy's access.
AI processing uses third-party model providers under agreements that do not permit training on your data.
Every significant action Ziggy takes is recorded in an audit log your organisation's administrators can review.

Your rights

Organisation owners can export or delete their organisation's data, disconnect integrations, and remove members at any time. Australians may also contact us about access or correction under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
