ZIGGY BETA
FAQ

Straight answers.

Does Ziggy find prospects for me?

In the current beta, Ziggy works the target accounts and contacts you import into the workspace. It can interpret a prospecting request and prepare the mission, but autonomous prospect discovery is not yet enabled.

Does Ziggy guess people's email addresses?

No. Current Ziggy workflows work with contact information supplied to the workspace rather than inventing or pattern-generating a recipient address.

Can Ziggy send email from my business account?

Yes. Ziggy can connect to Gmail/Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook and use the connected business inbox for authorised sales email workflows.

Will Ziggy send things without me approving them?

Ziggy is built around governed action gates. Consequential actions can require approval, and the product includes suppression, limits and outbound pause controls. The beta defaults to an approval-first operating model.

What makes Ziggy different from just using ChatGPT to write sales emails?

Ziggy combines the business's approved sales knowledge, prospect/CRM state, inbox activity, account intelligence, action rules and audit history inside one persistent workflow. The goal is not a better one-off prompt — it is a sales system that remembers context and keeps the next action moving.

Is Ziggy a CRM?

Ziggy includes a lightweight built-in prospect pipeline and activity history so the AI workflow has real sales state to work from. It is not positioned as a full enterprise CRM replacement today.

Is Ziggy legally compliant for cold outreach?

Ziggy includes technical controls such as suppression, source traceability, approvals, send limits and audit history. Those controls do not replace a business's obligation to ensure its contact data and outreach are lawful for the relevant jurisdiction and context.

What can I put in Ziggy Brain?

Structured company knowledge, offers, ideal customers, facts, stories, proof, objections, sales angles, voice and rules, plus approved PDF, Word, text, Markdown and web knowledge sources.

What does Ziggy Intelligence monitor?

It monitors companies already in your workspace for source-backed developments relevant to how your business sells. Official company websites work as first-party sources, with broader external discovery available when a search provider is configured.
